“Hararit Mazon” started out with a single product that his parents brought with them from Tunisia - “Tunisian Harissa”. Arisa is an integral part of the Tunisian cuisine and even after they immigrated to Israel, they carried on the tradition with Tunisian foods.
Aharon’s mother wanted him to learn about their ethnic foods and continue the tradition of home cooking, so Aharon began producing and selling it in his area. His venture introduced people to the authentic and unique flavors, rapidly leading to his growth and the introduction of more products. His success led him to begin selling outside of his region, to the largest food chains in Israel and abroad. Today, every household in Israel knows what is “Tunisian Harissa” of Hararit.
In light of the company’s success and unique flavors, it has invested great thought in developing new products, without compromising on their authentic, homemade and natural flavors.
“Hararit” currently markets a diverse and unique array of products, sold in all large food chains in the U.S. and Europe. Hararit was highly praised in taste tests, leading us to develop new spreads, which also achieved a strong preference over the competition.
